ARRIVAL
 
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. Please understand that arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening your pleasure; your treatment must end on time so that our next guest is not delayed. A full value of your treatment will be charged.
 
APPOINTMENTS
 
We recommend reserving your next appointment prior to leaving KARMA to ensure your preferred time and service is available. You may also call 202.293.3333 to schedule an appointment.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a date change or appointment cancellations. For group appointments, we require a 5-day cancellation notice. A half fee will be charged to any no show appointments or late cancellations. For offsite reservations, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A credit card is required at the time you reserve your appointment.
 
GRATUITY
 
Gratuity is not included in the price of the services. This is left to the discretion of our guests.
 
GIFT CARD
 
Gift cards are non refundable and only redeemable for services/products. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash/gratuity. Karma by Erwin Gomez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
 
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
 
For your comfort, our salon and spa is smoke free. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, and any medications you may be taking at time of your reservation, and also prior to the start of your service, as this may be contraindicated to your reserved treatment. Please also advise us if you a pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any special needs, please inform us at the time of your reservation and we will be happy to accommodate your comfort in any way we can.
 
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles. We advise that you keep your valuables with you during your time with us.
 
For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe that is provided.
